The dental office is located in the center of Locarno, on the 4th floor of the “Palazzo City” and thanks to the lift it is easily accessible even to disabled people.
The spaces of the office try to take into account the needs of all our patients, including the little ones, to whom a small play area is dedicated in the waiting room.
Recently the office has been modernized and digitized. We are therefore equipped with electronic agenda and medical records. In addition, to make our performance more efficient, we use the dental microscope, the computerized 3Shape scanning and reconstruction system, the volumetric tomography and digital radiographs.
As members of the Swiss Dentist Society (SSO) we stick to the official tariff. The point value that we apply in our office is 1.10 for adults and 1.00 for children and young people (new Dentotar® tariff).
In order to simplify administration and increase transparency, we prefer direct in cash, which we reward with a 2% discount. For high-cost therapies we usually ask for a deposit and on request we also offer the possibility of monthly installment payments. A payment with following cards is also possible: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
We do our best to guarantee our patients the utmost punctuality of appointments, reducing waiting times to a minimum. On the other hand, we also expect some reliability from the patients. Therefore we rely on your understanding if we charge all missed sessions that were not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
In our office the following languages are spoken: Italian (and Dialett Ticines), German (and Schwiizerdütsch), French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
